it was a sad day

i helped the geth but ended up losing 

the gurrian we tolled them to 

stop shooting but they ended up dying 

and legion sacrificed him self to make the geth smarter 

and to save them and tali after seeing here race die killed her self

it was a sad day and ended up losing more but that is for next time

yes cover it helps if you fighting the ncr or

legion or maybe the brotherhood you may need to

take cover it makes it harder for them to hit you

not the perks if you level up

their are some you get if you kill or do something

like kill a 100 robot and you get robot murderer perk

plus 5 on killing all robot or something.

looking down the sight yes 

it help hit your target and sneak mode helps with this

as you have a better chance to get a good hit off
